I got this shoe because it was super nice and I do really like the style and its shine. But first I got a 9, and it was huge - I returned it. Then I got an 8.5 which I've kept, but it's still a bit big. It fits most comfortably with a thick crew sock, not a dress sock. I could be wrong, but I think an 8 might be too small. But how many times am I gonna exchange? The return/exchange policy is great though.I've had it about a year and there's a small tear on the seam toward the front. I've bought insoles because it's just not soft and supportive as I'd like. It's OK, but I've definitely had better. And the heel is excessively worn even though I only walk about 4-5 miles a week in them.It definitely looks good, but based on comfort, longevity and sizing, I can't recommend this shoe.

I bought this shoe for my 12 year old son who wears an 8 men size in tennis shoes. He sings in a choir wear they have to wear a tie up black shoes. This shoes looks great on him and he just loves them. I should have ordered a 7.5 or even a 7 for him because this shoes runs a bit big for him. All he has to do is wear two socks and he fine. He feet grow so fast that I'm glad the shoe comes a bit big. Any one who loves comfort and style for the great price should get this shoe.

I bought these shoes for working. They are great looking shoes and very comfortable which is rare in a size 17. Would highly recommend to anyone with hard to fit feet.
