I first bought these modified gladiator sandals in red. The are so comfortable and chic that I purchased another pair in black and tan. The padding of the foot bed is extremely comfortable and I am able to wear these sandals all day long in great comfort without having any foot troubles at all. Since I have two toes missing on the right foot these sandals also camouflage this defect. These shoes are very versatile and I wear them for casual and formal events. I highly recommend these sandals for everybody. These sandals are a winner in terms of comfort and style.I just love these sandals

These are the best shoes I've had in years. Very comfortable from the first time I put them on. And, machine washable! I wish they came in more colors - maybe red or purple?

I bought the dark brown born famke. I like the height that it gives me, it's comfortable and got many compliments on style. The only comment I have is that the color really isn't dark brown. It is more taupe/grey/beige color, more like faded brown. I kept it despite the color variation from what it looks like in the website. Overall, nice except for the color.
