I love that this clips onto my bike rack, or holds my yoga mat. It's like a stealth bag! The pattern (mine is yellow) is cute, too, and it seems durable.

I love the design, and it perfectly holds a change of clothes and my lunch when I bike to work every day. However it's coming apart after just a few weeks! The interior lining has torn off, half the seams on the reflective strips are gone, and the fabric covering the handles is coming off. I'd give it a 5 for the design and a 1 for the construction, particularly given that its intended use (bikes, strollers) requires a fairly durable bag.
