Product Description (Wrightsock Double Layer Running Lo Qtr (3 Pairs))
The RUNNING sock was the first Double Layer product in the WRIGHTSOCK line. It is highly recommended by many marathon runners and triathletes that demand a sock to help prevent blistering under extreme situations!
This sock does just that. The construction of lightweight CoolMax® does not compromise the fit of the shoe while still allowing two layers of material to absorb the friction with the slight movement between the layers.
Feet stay dry as the CoolMax® wicks the moisture away from the foot and into the outer layer for evaporation. Many people use this product for a variety of activities in addition to running.
Material Contents: Inner Layer: 70% CoolMax®, 30 % Nylon. Outer Layer: 68% CoolMax®, 28% Nylon, 4% Lycra®.

I am VERY impressed with the quality and the look of the socks I purchased, so impressed that I bought 3 extra pairs for my daughter who says the are of the highest quality as well.They wisk the dampness away as they say and feel great. I will be buying more in the future.
Finally, no blisters!!!

I am a marathon runner, aspiring triathlete, andI teach fitness classes at my local health club. I have struggled with blisters for years during warm weather and wet/humid conditions. I had to take 3 weeks off of training before my last marathon due to extreme blisters that became infected and wouldn't heal. It was miserable! A friend recommended Wrightsox to me and I haven't looked back since. I have not had even one blister since I started wearing these socks in June of 2007. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I wish they had is a lower ankle line. I like the tiny anklets (make your legs look more attractive). :-)

My Daughter is a runner but had nothing but problems with blisters. She had expensive running shoes and tried different brands of shoes and every running sock you can imagine with no success. I bought her the wrightsock double layer and it has solved the problem. Her blister problem went away. This is deffinitely a great sock for any runner with blister problems and allowed my daughter to stay on the team

This is my second time ordering these socks. They are the best for running long distances. No blisters! They are really smooth though so be careful walking with only socks on smooth surfaces; it gets slippery.
