I am typically a size 11.5 in womens, but I had purchased a pair of the original Hurricanes at a sidewalk sale in a size 11 so I knew they would fit. I was a bit concerned since some of the reviews of this new design were not positive but I have been very very pleased. I still have my old Hurricanes complete with splattered paint but I now have these lovely ones. I did actually order the originals also, but in a side by side comparison, I found these to be more flexible and slightly lighter. They have a bit more delicate a look, with the thinner sole. I am having some trouble with foot pain, so these felt better, right from the start. And now after a full week of wear in Puerto Rico, I can tell you that they are my new favorite sandals.

i bought this shoe for my water aerobics class.. it is lightweight and a good price. the only negative is that the color was listed as khaki and it is definitely green. but no problem with that.

Ordered these for husband and I, both needed to go up a full size than normal. They keep out water unless it goes over the top edge, and insulate when beach walking on cold days. Zero support inside, but a water + sweat resistant insole made all the difference. And your feet WILL sweat!

Love the shoe - am usually a size 8 1/2 or 9 (mostly 9's) and I ordered and 8 in the cudas flatwater - perfect. Easy to slip into and stays on in the pool.

I have been wearing these shoes for a couple of years now, and I mean for EVERYTHING! They are water shoes, and although I walk my dogs on the beach every morning, I wear them all the time. I was looking for a shoe that would allow my feet to walk naturally, thus aline my feet, legs and back in a natural way & I have to say these are exactly what I was looking for, but never found. They hold your top foot snugly and have a tough soul that protects your foot and also grips a surface so you do not slip. I am a physical therapist and use them when working...they hold me firm while working with patients. One of my MS patients now wears them too.....hard for him to walk & they keep him from slipping. I wear thin socks with them to prevent sweating and the first time I ordered then I thought they were too small as I first put them on...as you keep going & get your foot into them, they are just right, not too loose or too tight. Lovely. They look great with jeans....very trendy!!
