I love the comfort and fit of Aravon shoes, in general, and wanted a black shoe, e.g. Ashley for jeans and black slacks. The Aravon Ashley fits perfect, is very comfortable and versatile for my needs. It is lightweight, also. The only dislike is I wish the heel around the anklewas narrower, but I have narrow ankles; therefore, they might fit perfect on someone else.

I've had these boots for over a year now. I have skinny calves and these fit me well with jeans inside the boots. They are extremely comfortable and I'm able to wear them all day without any problems.

The boot looked better on-line than in person: I expected softer, smooth leather. Seems well-made but the boot was narrow & much smaller than other Euro. shoes I've purchased in this size... couldn't get my foot in the boot! Too bad. These are definitely going back.

Almost all my shoes are black, and I really needed a pair of cute brown shoes. The brown shoes look a little redder than I expected but they still look cute and feel comfortable. I had to break them in a little first, otherwise they crushed my toes.

I have been looking for a low heel boot to wear with jeans. I am fussy; the boots I wear now I bought in 2006 and I couldn't get rid of them. These boots are a perfect height to wear with any jean and because they are fabric they can be worn in warmer months. I did get a half size larger but I probably could have gotten a full size larger and worn socks. They are a little narrow but not enough that I can't wear them. I've only worn them once and they look good. There is one major drawback which may come back to haunt me. They are very very poorly made. They don't look cheap but I am afraid they're not going to last as long as my other boots but that's OK because who wants to wear boots that long. It did disappoint me however they look like they might get through one or maybe 2 seasons. If i hadn't been looking at these boots online waiting for a sale and they didn't fit what I wanted, I would have sent them back.
