The quality is fantastic! My only complaint is the width. Even though I got extra wide, it only felt like wide. I use a 6E shoe width, but this only felt like 4E. If the write up would have the actual width number rather than "extra wide", it would be helpful. Also, my 66-year old feet needed an additional insert on top of the DuraShock insert to pad the bottom of the boot so I could keep on keeping on. I also appreciate your great policies and customer service. Thanks.
