Love my new work boots!

I have a safety shoe truck that comes to my place of imployment that would never have the size of work boot that I needed. My husband suggested I check out shoebuy.com to see if they had the particular boot I liked. Yes! There were the Wolverines, in my size and a much needed wide width! Very comfortable from day one! Very impressed with how light weight these steel toed boots are! Very happy with how attractive they are!

Shoe is well made and pretty close to size. It is narrower across the toes than it should be - than the equivalent men's shoe would be. There is not enough height at toe "knuckles" where the edge of the synthetic steel toe. It gets uncomfortable after walking and bending. The heel height is disproportionately high and unnatural for walking, standing, working - basically wearing the work shoe for working and living other than sitting around. Also all of the extra stitching for design is ridiculous and will eventually weaken the the leather. That said, it is still a better shoe than most. I have not been wearing them daily or for many weeks - this is not a long term review from long experience. I do wear my men's wolverines daily, but they are old and my feet need new shoes.

Comfortable safety shoes

I really like the composite toe instead of the steel. It is much more comfortable and much lighter. I had been searching for safety shoes that allow me to wear all day without hurting my feet and I've just found them. The shoes are a little wider than I thought but that's ok.

Liked the fit, double wide width perfect for my wide feet! Was advised by my granddaughter to get hiking boots w/steel toe & luckily that is exactly what I found in the Wolverine brand. Comfortable fit, felt very secure & safe, used them on our Yosemite week long vacation. Very happy with my choice, received them quickly, couldn't ask for a better deal!
