I'm on concrete for 8 hours or more a day, and these shoes are lightweight so my feet aren't as tired at the end of the day. They seem like they have good support in them but I usually buy a cushion insole to put in them because my feet seem to be pressure sensitive.Overall: a good shoe. Thumbs up !
