The Harden Hiker boot from Wolverine is a rugged boot with tons of protection! This lace up ankle boot features cement construction and a breathable waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane. This work boot has a removable full-cushion footbed with a mesh sock liner for enhanced comfort. The midsole is a compression molded EVA foam and the outsole is a durable, slip-resistant rubber.

Bought this boot for work and added some mink oil and some happy feet inserts with two pair of socks and broke them in in 2 days!!!!

The boot is too new to know how well it will wear, but for the two weeks I've owned and worn the boot, I couldn't be more pleased. As I expected, they were a little stiff when I first put them on, but still they felt comfortable. It has only gotten better. I wore the boots around the house for a couple of days. They felt fine, so I've gone on longer and longer walks in the neighborhood. There has been almost no breaking in period. Not only are the boots a good fit, but they look nice and, as far I as can tell, are of high quality. I'm happy enough with the Wolverine boots to have given consideration to purchasing another pair to have on hand for when these boots wear out.
Wears this shoe: Inside the house and for walks in the neighborhood as I break them in.

Bought these boots and fit and finish are good. Lack of padding in the sole of the boot is the only problem. Bought some Dr. Scholls inserts for them and they are fine. Like the fit and comfort with the insoles.
