    Pull loops too small to put finger in. Other that that I rate them a 5.

    Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width
    I tried this boot on today in a size 13. To begin with the pull up straps at the top of the boot were too narrow to slide my finger through it. Secondly I have high arches and I could barely pull the left boot on.

    Apparently, you all had a problem with the rubber a few years ago, but I see that this is a different construction of the undersole. I am very happy with the service, price, and product overall. I especially like to wear them to hockey games - find it very comfortable without socks - never wear socks with the boots.
     Wears this shoe: When the weather is cold (now) and especially in the snow.
