Had 6" previous, they were great. Purchased the 8"because 6" wasn't availible. The 8" are great also.I have worn the 6" for almost one year and they are still going strong, I expect as much out of the 8".

I am in paving my feet work in hot ashpalt. That kills boots and I go thru 3 pairs a year. I am very happy with these boots. I can walk on hot pavement and not pick up any material on my soles. Thank you
