Velcro bad-only 25 days of wear October 24, 2010

My 8 year old son has only wore these shoes for 25 school days, and one of the velcro straps has already ripped off from the leather piece. Very disappointing. Super Glue does not work to reapply; will need to spend MORE money to get repaired at a shoe repair shop. Too expensive of a shoe to have this happen, especially after wearing it only 25 days!

It is hard to find a wide shoe with velcro for a young boy who has big feet (more than a size 2). These shoes are well made and breathe well.

This shoe has been perfect for my son who has to wear black shoes to his school. He wore them all last year and they held up to the wear and tear an 8 year old boy puts shoes through. He finds them so comfortable that I have ordered a fwe more pairs in larger sizes.

I have been buying this shoe for my son for school. It has been 3 years, and I just keep re-ordering larger sizes. It is a high quality leather uniform shoe. Very well made, he out grows the shoe before it wears out.

Comfortable and durable! Easy to keep clean. I wish more white sizes were available! My son is outgrowning his and I can't find another white pair anywhere! We love these shoes.
