Bought my standard size and has been good without socks and comfortably snug and I have slightly wide feet. Great casual/dressy non-flashy shoe. This is a quick go-to shoe when you have to look nice but want to be comfy and not think about it.

I have raynaulds's and nueropathy in my feet. These shoes really do let me walk with less pain. My feet do not get that hot burning that I get from tennis shoes and dress shoes. I have a couple of old old pair of unstructured by Clarks. I wear a Clarks unstructured everyday and sometimes on Sunday when my feet are so painful that I can't wear a pair of regular shoes to church. Wish they came in DRESS shoes. The foot bed and air circulation I think is the trick to this shoe. Hope they never quit manufacturing them. I'm aiting for the Unstructured loop to be on sale so I can have a red pair. I wear the narrow just fine and my dress shoes have to be AAA, so with a sock this works out perfectly.
Wears this shoe: 6 days a week. Sometimes on Sunday if feet are giving me lots of trouble pain

These shoes fit perfectly immediately--no "breaking in" period. The heels do not slide up and down causing discomfort or unsafe walking. There is plenty of toe room--your toes lie flat,no pinching or rubbing at all. Yes--they are a bit clunky, but since buying them I have looked at what other people are wearing and I felt they are probably really LESS clunky than most! In any case they are perfect for wearing with slacks. One wear of my brown ones, and I was on the lookout for a sale to get my black ones.

I have been a size 8.5 since I had my third child. I was surprised that the shoes were large and I walked out of them. I love the style and would order more, but I'm afraid the other 8.5 will be larger than expected.
