Very comfortable, but the shoe really squeaks on tile floors.

Good shoe, but not very slip resistant

I like the shoe overall. It comes with an insert that is supposed to be for comfort, but did not match up with my foot at all. It felt like I was walking on a golf ball. I pulled that out and replaced it with a different insert I already had, and the shoe was comfortable on my first day wearing it.I am a restaurant manager, and I bought this primarily because it was listed as slip resistant. It is mildly slip resistant, but not nearly as much as most other slip resistant shoes I have purchased. I wear this pair on days I am not expecting to spend much time in the kitchen.I also recently purchased the Apex LT610 Oxford. I give it a much higher rating as a slip resistant restaurant dress shoe.

Very tight fit

The shoe design and quality looks great, but the overall fit was tight and uncomfortable in a few spots. I had to take them to my shoe guy to get them stretched.

The shoes look nice, and fit well. These will complement your collection of dress shoes.

Dunham Burlington Waterproof Oxford|
Classic style, old-fashioned fit

These are quality shoes, made from robust leather and durable rubber. I'm impressed with the workmanship.Because my feet are flat and narrow, I generally have trouble finding traditional oxfords that fit. Not surprisingly, I found this true with the Dunham Battery Park Waterproof Oxford. I ordered a B width, but still found them roomy. After inserting a used footbed from an old pair of New Balance cross trainers beneath the existing footbed, and re-lacing them corset-style to maximize their tightness, things improved. Since my foot sits low, the top rear of the shoe tends to dig into the space between my heel and ankle. But I haven't given up yet. I'm still working with them. I expect as the leather softens, these will become old trusted friends.
