New Balance MC656
A decent tennis shoe
March 15, 2013
Reviewer: Adam from Chapel Hill, NC
I bought the 656 Tennis shoes to replace my 655s, which are no longer made. I like New Balance shoes because of the ankle support and nice, wide tread. I play pretty hard and wear out the treads, but they stay comfortable on my feet. If I could get the 655s I would, as they were just as good and less expensive. Other colors would be nice, but I quibble.

New Balance BB891
Stylish Shoes

I really liked the stylish up-to-date look of the shoes, they look good on my feet, and I have received numerous compliments on them. They are color coordinated with the red and white uniform that I wear at work. My only suggestion would be to make them in a wider size. They are a little tight on my feet, I'm just hoping given time they will loosen up a bit so I can really enjoy wearing them without changing the way I walk. (Great suggestion to order a half size larger than regular size).

New Balance BB907
Strong, stable shoe

This is my first pair of high tops in about 15 years. At 6'5", 225lb, I'm hard on shoes. I usually play in cross trainers (608s), but I'm playing more often and wanted the ankle support and lateral stability of a real basketball shoe. These don't disappoint. They grip an indoor floor well and don't roll or slide on hard stops and turns. They're surprisingly light, but still feel pretty loud on yor feet. Since I bought these off season, there wasn't much in the stores. So I wanted to go with a brand whose sizing I was comfortable with. 20 years of New Balance and their sizing is still great. Overall, I highly recommend these shoes.
