New Balance MX623v2
Another Great Shoe
June 09, 2013
Reviewer: JimB from San Jose, CA
I have been wearing these types of New Balance athletic shoes for several years now and since retired they have become my everyday shoe. These 623's fit like most of the 600 series shoes but these seemed a bit smaller than my earlier purchases. Anyway, I really like the fit and feel of these shoes and will continue to purchase them for years to come!

Propet Life Walker
A classier walking shoe
May 29, 2013
Reviewer: Lew M. from Boca Raton, FL
Great looking shoes, and just what I was looking for since my old white New Balance shoes would have been too informal for use on a trip I'm taking. They're easy to slip on and off and, though I'm still breaking them in, they're pretty comfortable. Construction and workmanship seem better than average. The only negative I've discovered is that they squeek when I'm walking on hard surfaces like tile. The fact that the shoes were available in a wide variety of sizes was key to my purchase.

Finding the correct size
May 09, 2013
Reviewer: John from San Francisco, CA
This order was to replace an earlier pair that I loved. My problem was getting the correct size. I think walking shoes perhaps need to be a larger size than regular shoes. My regular dress shoes are 10 1/2 D. I ordered 11 W, but found it was too short for one foot. Ordered 11 1/2 W, but found it too wide. Finally, ordered 11 1/2 M, and kept them. I feel like Goldilocks and the three bears, but it may be my feet are different sizes also.

Merrell Bare Access 2
Great shoe for natural running longer distances
April 26, 2013
Reviewer: Asle from Norway
I was looking for a zero-drop shoe with some cushioning for my longer runs. I tried the Road Glove but the few extra mm stack height makes a difference. I now alternate between the Bare Access and Vapor Gloves. They are very different but I can not run 10 miles in my Vapor Gloves (yet). I use 10.5 in normal joggers so the same size is perfect in these. The toebox is good and wide but the shoe is snug where it should be so I can run fast and still have my toes in freedom. I have found out that it is better to size up then size down. Find the largest size you can wear without the shoe feeling "sloppy". Not the smallest size you can possibly wear. The stack height of the Bare Access does affect ground feel but so will anything you add to bare feet. It does not affect my form but gives me a welcome cushioning for longer runs. The grip is good even on trails. And there are a lot of alternatives but nothing beats Merrells quality.
