The Monch has a Temposit (a high traction material that offers a shifting pliability by climate) and a skid-free lug and a perforated for breathability.
The shoe also has a full length internal midsole and a comfort finish slip-in lining that is high-frequency spot welded that is seamless like a sock.
The insole and liner are anti-microbial and anti-bacterial which reduces the risk of athletes foot from bacterial build-up.
Finally it has a molded insole that is contoured to the footbed for cooling the foot, air circulation, and breathability.
Fit:This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

My boyfriend and I are going to Costa Rica this winter and we are going to do a lot of hiking in the jungles and rainforests and I needed a good track shoe. I love the Swiss Army shoe. It's so comfortable and the pink ones are so cute! They look even better in person. I highly recommend this shoe!
