I bought 2 pairs of these boots, back in May just before I deployed to Afghanistan in June, it is 20 JULY 11 and the tounge to the boot is torn, I think from the laces. The laces are too thick, it takes a few min. to get the boots on and off. I think the laces need to be like the ones that the military issues for easier application in our situation. The comfort is awesome though and my feet don't hurt from walking around Afghanistan and its many canals. Hope they can fix these problems, or I will not be buying another pair.

These feel like a running boot. Lightweight and comfortable. Wore all day on concrete and feet did not hurt. Bought to work around house and on roof, but son liked so much he has them now and wears every day. Need another pair. If you put pant legs over boot, they look good enough for causal date.
Wears this shoe: work, garage, date.

Purchased for Afghanistan, love the weight, the fit. Only issue is wish it had speed lace for easy on and off. some nights we have to fly out of our bunks and its not easy to throw them on. They are great I have no real issues they are good in this area and as I said light weight.
Wears this shoe: I wear them about 14 hours a day
