The Sniper is a purpose driven extremely lightweight tactical boot. The boot features a smooth neoprene tongue providing excellent comfort. The Sniper's instep is constructed with SuperFabric to prevent and protect from tearing when fast roping or rumbling through harsh materials. The Sniper will also keep your feet dry with a modern drain vent system and a moisture wicking liner throughout the inside of the boot.

I bought this boot because I need wide footwear but have trouble finding a fit in ladies' offerings and mens' sizes don't usually come small enough. It fits like a dream and is as light as a running shoe, but supportive. My only beef is that the lace eyelets are wider set than on most boots, which creates a lot of drag when tightening or loosening the laces. I have other Wellco boots and this style oddity seems to be specific to the Sniper.
