I bought these for a trip to Alaska. Needed good quality boots but wanted a fun shoe too. These fit the bill. Ordered a full size up per other reviews - good advice. I always wear a size up in exercise footwear and this was no exception. I used these boots on the elliptical while on board our ship, hiked and canoed in Alaska, and used them for my regular 4 mile walks while in Ca. Just changed socks to fit the activity. All part of the same trip. These boots fulfilled all my outdoor activity needs for my 2 week vacation. Will keep them forever!

I have very wide feet and a high arch. These shoes are the only ones I have ever bought that don't make the balls of my feet burning within the first 10 minutes. I will buy them over and over again!
