The upper is a sandwich of synthetic materials providing support, while the extended comfort Gore-Tex® membrane offers the perfect balance of breathability with upcoming waterproofness.
A medial TPU midsole cage offers heel strike stability and a lightweight TPU forefoot plate protects the foot from uneven terrain. The Maiko ll sole is meant for loose and unpredictable trail conditions. This is built on Velocity last.

This is my 2nd pair of Vasques, and I love them! Early morning agility trials can leave my feet wet all day, but not with these shoes. I stay dry, comfortable, and slip-free all day. They're fantastic!

What a great shoe! I know that I can order without trying on and it will be a sure fit. Always high quality. Love the plum color and design. Looks good on and my foot looks delicate for my big size 9m foot. So in other words, not a clunky shoe. Great arch support and loving the Gore Tex. These will last a long time. Nothing negative to write.
Wears this shoe: long walks on jagged hard lava, and even to the store! Soon to wear in Alaska!!!

I find this shoe very comfortable and waterproof as advertised. However, I had to go up 1/2 size and order a wide width,usually one or the other works for me.
Wears this shoe: Running the kids to and from school, short shopping trips, shovelling snow.
