I'm looking forward to hiking up Mt Fuji in these shoes. They are comfortable and provide excellent support. I have thus far been walking in them through the country side but will be putting them through the paces on jungle trails in Borneo.

I have barely worn these but they fit great, look even better and seem to be exactly what I needed. I got a pair of big-name lace-up boots last year that were okay but so tight I can't believe I managed to wear them the few times I did. My new Vasques look hardier and more like what I need for outdoor winter work at home and serious hiking any time of year. I have a soft spot in my heart for Vasques going way back when I needed some new boots in a pinch to climb Mt. Shasta, and I'm glad I've returned to them yet again.
Wears this shoe: Winter work outside at home. Hiking any time of year.
