I am a 49-year-old female who is not quite 5 feet tall. It is hard for me to find shoes of any kind that fit and are age appropriate. I keep going back to the Vasque Mantra time and again. I got them, tried them on, and that was that. We left a week later on vacation to where I knew walking was a must. I never wore them before going, and they were still the best and most comfortable shoe I had bought in years. We walked in the woods of Yosemite and the city of San Francisco for miles and my feet never hurt. I love these and would buy Vasque again!

This was for my 6 yr old and when he put it on he said it felt like something was in the shoe. But he wore is for a walk and had no complaints. He will wear this hiking for the Boy Scouts and just walking in the city, and since it really looks nice right now, he will wear it to church.
