Western boots are cowboy-style boots with a shaft that extends to mid calf and have no laces. The features of the classic design of Western Boots often include a narrow vamp, pointed toe or tapered square toe, angled heels, elaborate stitching and pull straps at each side of the collar. Western boots are made from a wide variety of leathers ranging from the traditional cowhide to the more exotic ostrich, alligator or eel.

I like the fact that these boots are made in America. The qualify is good and Shoebuy's recommendation to go a half-size up was right on. I use a custom orthotic so the half size up was perfect. They're already broken in and ready for the motorcycle season once the waather warms up a little (Hudson Valley, NY).

My husband wanted pull on boots for work that would fit under his 501 straight leg jeans.OMG what a search. We found them!He did have to order the wide boot, the wide square toe fit in the D width, but the work boot is better for walking on concrete all day. soooo happy the search is over!

I usually don't order womens boot because I have large feet (10.5W) but I decided to take a chance...and I lost. Wide in womens sizes is not wide enough for my feet and now I have to figure out how to return the boots. They came shrink-wrapped in only the boot box and I had to cut the wrap to see them. Am I to tape the boot box closed and send it just like that? No matter what it will be awkward.
