This PC case works as a carry-on and features a heavily padded laptop sleeve. The wheeled business case is constructed of durable stain and wrinkle resistant micro fabrication and features a spacious dual compartment storage design, EVA foam padding on front panel for added protection, a dual internal push-button handle system, a detachable and adjustable padded shoulder strap, a convenient backside Velcro strap to slip over to the luggage handle, in-line skate wheels with metal ball bearings, curb guards that allow easy maneuvering, a front organizer section with slip pockets and a zippered mesh accessory pocket, a fully functional organizer section for cell phone, pens and business cards and a rear accordion file section. It fits laptops that measure up to 15.5 inches wide x 10.5 inches high x 2 inches deep.

Bought it for business travel. It's a no-frills case, but it has everything I need. We'll see how it holds up to use on sidewalks... the wheels look a little small and the handle is a bit shaky when it's extended.

I bought this briefcase for my husband who literally travels around the world. "The roomy-ness" of the case allows him the option of leaving his bigger case in a locker overnight and just take along some essentials with him into the city where he is staying. But best of all, the case can be easily strapped to the handle of another piece of luggage when placed on top so that he can get around the airport quickly. This is just perfect!

One of the little plastic "feet" on my old rolling briefcase broke off and it would fall down when I left it to stand alone. So I replaced it with the U.S. Traveler Business Rolling Laptop Briefcase. I have a 17-inch laptop, and it doesn't fit in either the old or new briefcase. This briefcase is adequate, and it does roll along nicely. I do not understand why it appears to be the same size as the old one, yet does not hold as much. Other than not holding as much as the old one, I think it is a good value for the money.
