These shoes are made from Tyvek. The shoe definitely looks textured and wrinkled. The color isn't true gray though, there is a subtle blueish tinge to the gray, but I didn't mind that. If you want a definite gray color, be forewarned.The shoes are lightweight. They don't feel as supportive as other thicker soled sneakers, but they look a whole lot cooler. The laces that came with the shoes are plain white. I immediately bought another pair to jazz the shoes up. Perfect!

I bought the shoes as I needed the ankle support of high top shoes. They give me that, but are very lightweight and comfortable. I love them!
