My work has a business-causal dress code and I hate wearing dress shoes. These Phranz Phuel shoes are great because they look formal enough to wear to work, yet have more of a skateboard shoe feel. These are the closest I've found to an athletic shoe which looks like a formal shoe. The tongue is soft enough as not to hurt even after several hours.The shoe itself is slightly snug at first, but then quickly molds to your feet.The only reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 is because the insole feels a little cheap. But don't miss-understand me: this is a great shoe: finally a shoe which looks good enough for work, but you could run, jump, and play in!
