When my 5 year old son saw the advertisement for this shoe on TV, he insisted that was the shoe he wanted. Since he usually isn't particular about things and he got so excited about the shoe every time he saw it, I could justify the purchase as it would be his first pair of shoes for kindergarten. When they arrived, they turned out to be everything he wanted and I was completely satisfied as well. The fit was good, they appear to be very sturdy and he will probably outgrow them before wearing them out. We are both very happy customers.
