First of all, I ordered the shoe in white, and while the strap and heel part are white, the "ribbon" on top is a different shade. Not a huge deal, but I really wanted an all white shoe. The "ribbon" on top also looked pretty different on each shoe. It was scrunched up nicely on one shoe, but more separated looking on the other. The shoe probably would look much better in black.

I absolutely love these shoes. I wore them for my husband's Christmas party and my feet never hurt. They were so comfortable and classy with a nice french pedicure. Love, love, love these shoes.

I like the detail on this shoe for an upcoming holiday party. I wanted a black satin pump to go with my dress, and this will work well. It's maybe slightly narrow (as I'm a true narrow width) but being able to buckle it helps it stay on my foot. It doesn't run too long as I wear a 10 1/2, and the 11 length works well.

Overall these shoes are comfortable for reasonable amounts of standing and walking. The straps are not super-soft, but I did not find this to be a problem. They look nice, as in the picture, and match well with various outfits.
