I purchased these boots because I need a pair of tall black boots. I liked them, but unfortunately they were too narrow, and they do not come in wide width. I don't normally require a wide width, so I was surprised and disappointed. They also have a strong odor that perhaps may have disappeared after airing out for a while, but I wouldn't know because I had to return them.
Wears this shoe: I would have worn them anywhere.

I had a terrible time getting the boot over my heel. Once my foot was in the boot I needed to adjust the stitching around the ankle as it was pushed out when I pulled the boot on. Once everything was smoothed out the boots felt great. Wore them most of the day running errands and climbing stairs. Also, not bad in the snow. I used mink oil to waterproof.

I bought the boots for my daughter for Christmas. She was wanting this particular style and could not find anywhere but shoebuy.com. I love the color of this boot. I wanted some cute boots to wear with jeans and have had lots of compliments. These boots were half the price of dpt. stores, so I bought a black pair too. They are a little tight around the calf, but not enough to cause discomfort. (I consider my calf size average) I ordered size 7 1/2. I usually wear a 7,these fit very comfortably in the foot. I am very satisfied with the boots, especially for the price! I've been wearing them every time I go out. The quality is not that of a $200.00 pair of boots, but like I said, for the money a very cute pair of boots.
Wears this shoe: When I go out...even to church with a skirt.
