I have a pair of these I got as a gift for softball umpire in 2012...used them for Football instead and what a great shoe. Very light weight...easy to clean up with soap and water and they don't loose form. I bought from SHOEBUY because the price was great and couldn't go wrong with free shipping. These shoes are true fit.

Very comfortable through 3 plates per day on +85 degree days (mesh instep definitely helps with venting). I have a wide foot and bought my normal 8.5 shoe size at 4EEEE. These are slightly more roomy that the predecessor. Also, the method for attaching the metatarsal protection is much improved. The previous MU450 had a problem of tearing at the seam where it was riveted to the shoe - several of my partner's had the same problem).

Looks great; polishes nicely; great grip on the infield; extremely light; great price! This shoe hurt like HELL after wearing them. After using a shoe tree, problem solved and I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE!!!

This pair is like my NB plate shoes in that they are smaller and narrower than labeled. Fortunately, I anticipated this issue and ordered a larger size. They feel OK, but nothing to get excited about.
