This is a very comfortable shoe. The only thing you shouldn't do is play tug of war with them on, the back sole ripped off today while playing. But they're very comfortable while running. They feel light and are true to size. Also, they aren't waterproof, which isn't good because i live in a wet region.

Love the feel of the shoes and the support. The deep tracks are helpful if you're running on gravel and grass. Great shoes for hiking as well. The shoes felt really like but very sturdy.
