These are the ONLY shoes that don't make my bunions ache at night after a run. I'd give them a 5 but the laces tend to come undone unless I triple (not double) knot them. I run 12 to 18 miles per week and am normal weight) doing other workouts on non-running days.
Wears this shoe: I only wear these shoes for running.

I have tried every kind of running shoe. I found that I needed something that offered more support on my heel without feeling bulky or heavy, and I wanted something that wouldn't be too wide or long. I have small feet so that's not easy. I was browsing this site and was intrigued by this shoe. I felt a difference in my running immediately. My hip flexor always gives me problems so this shoe offered my knees the support they need. I didn't feel as sore after the run as I did with other shoes and they're durable. I know you have to get new shoes on a regular basis depending on your run, but these are more than 6 months old, have seen me through a lot of races and too many miles to count. This is my shoe and I'm so sad it's been decommissioned. Try this shoe!

I started my online search for a pair of running shoes that I can also wear for normal hiking (no rain no extreme conditions). I was happy to find this one.The shoes just arrived. They are lighter than I expected and look fashionable. I haven't worked out with them but the 1cm cushion felt comfortable.I'm surprised I'm the first reviewer. I wonder if people are intimidated by the key words "durable" and "army training," and imagine these shoes are chunky and heavy. Not at all. They are even lighter than average!And another point makes it five-star: the studs underneath are in different shapes and are lined up in a super slip-resistant way (for "army training"?)Anyway, a pair of running and hiking shoes. It's quite worth it!
