Trotter shoes tend to be narrower, so while they are in fact narrower then another medium width shoe they are consistent for the brand.I had a pair of stadium pumps that died, and I have been trying to replace them for several years and these fit the bill. They are a clean classic look and exactly what I was looking for.
Wears this shoe: any time, but for me dressier occasions

I ordered these shoes in brown, along with two other styles, to wear with some skinny-leg jeans, hoping that at least one pair would fit. I knew the pointed toe and skinny heel would be the perfect pairing with the skinny jeans, though I wasn't even expecting them to fit or even be comfortable. (I've not had much luck lately find comfortable, well-fitting shoes)I tried them on and walked around the house on our tiled and wood floors and was very surprised at how comfortable they were. The insoles have the right amount of cushioning so that I can wear them for lengthy periods. The heel doesn't slip like all the other similar styles do.Glad I found these!
