I was looking for a brown/black shoe. It is very comfortable right out of the box. The heel height is perfect.

I needed a low dressy heel that I could stand in for several hours at a time. This shoe does not have the support or cushion I was hoping for, and it is a little tight in the toe. Not a comfortable shoe to walk in. It is pretty though, and can be dressed up or down.
