Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked
Had Janna in black size 7ww and it fit OK. Ordered it in brown same size, it was enormous. Ordered it in 6 1/2 ww, too tight, 7w, not so enormous but still too loose in back. Needed the shoe so kept it anyway but I have numerous pads and heel grips in it and I still slide around. Sizing completely inconsistent.

The shoe needed no breaking in and I wore it for a few hours the very first time with no problem. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the color. It was labeled as Pearl White but it isn't a pearl white, it's more on the beige side.
Wears this shoe: wore it for a wedding but it can be dressed up...or down.

I've worn Trotters pumps before and they have always fit perfectly and been very comfortable. These are pretty but for some reason, although my usual size, my heals keep slipping out of the shoes when I walk. I placed toe pads, which helped, but I'll have to place heel pads in addition to prevent this.
