Sizing is off the regular USA sizing March 04, 2013

I ordered my regular size which is 8W. But this shoe is not true tonormal USA sizing. The 8W was way too long. So I returned the shoe for a 7-1/2. I wish now I had returned the 7-1/2 pair for size 7 but I really needed them for an occasion so I bought those things you put in the heel so it would not slip and also put some cotton in the toe.That seems to work OK but it will always bother me that I did not return the 7-1/2 for a size 7. At this price they should be perfect and with cotton in the toe they are not perfect. As for looks I am totally pleased with how they look . The pewter is a nice change from black and yet covers all situations where I would wear black. The wedge gives me the firm footing that I need.So my caution to you, if my experience is any example, is to order a full size smaller than you are used to wearing. I think the size has become an issue because the shoes are not made in the USA and the foreign manufacturer obviously does not understand USA sizing.

I have purchased Trotters before and been happy with the brand, so I tried this shoe. This shoe was very comfortable, even though I have bunions on both my feet. I first ordered the 10W Doris but it was too narrow this 10W Dreama was wide enough. I wore it to work all day long, over 8 hours, and my feet felt great. Comfort is most important with me but I got a comment on how cute they were from a co-worker. Great shoe!

I was looking for a more refined shoe with a versatile mid-height wedge heel. This shoe has lovely details and a wonderful fit for a narrow foot.

Needed some low-heel leather taupe shoes and these are really great. The ruffle at the toe is quite nice. These shoes are comfortable all day long!

These shoes look very stylish and cute and look great with dress pants. Wasn't sure about the pleated trim, as it did not show up well on the website, but I'm pleased with the look. Have not worn them yet, but they do feel like a good fit for my 11 narrow foot.
