I felt we'd be in for a snowy winter and wanted a waterproof boot. These are not super-stylish but fit the bill. I was glad I read other reviews about them running large because even with my orthotics they seem a little big -- room for extra socks if needed.

I love these boots. They are very versatile for San Francisco weather. I work at a pre school and these are perfect for muddy outdoors, rainy weather of course and even the bitter cold days. They fit true to size and they are very comfortable to walk around in.

Compared to other boots of this type, the materialused both inside and out is of outstanding qualitywhile still being lightweight and seemingly warm,although the weather hasn't been really cold yet.
Wears this shoe: Rainy days and snowy slush.

The photo is accurate. They color is true to what is shown. But they do run large. I usually wear a 9 and ordered a 9-9.5. They were huge on me. I am going to try the 8.5 if i can find them available.
Wears this shoe: Havent worn it yet. Came in too big
