We bought these for our four year old who dresses up as a different superhero everyday. He wears red boots almost every other day. We chose the Jolly Vinter because the sole looked like it had a good tread, closest to a sneaker tread, and it they most closely resemble his old boots which fell apart. He wore them right away and has been doing lots of climbing and hiking in them and seems pretty happy.

My son and I liked everything about this rain boot except for the lining that periodically comes off on his socks. Other than that, they work really well for rainy weather and are very stylish. He has gotten many compliments on them.
