Pros: USA-made, solid stitching, strong material, durable two-way zippers, expandable to handle large or small cargoCons: there are no side buckles as shown in photo (if that matters to you), preferable if front pocket wasn't mesh but no big deal to me.This backpack was obviously made with high quality workmanship and Trager backs it up with a lifetime guarantee. I don't think I'll be able to wear it out. I've made it a point to seek out USA-made products (not easy to find) and very pleased at the quality. If full, it almost expands up to a small carry-on, but also collapses well so it's not bulky when only half full. The navy color is true, not like the photo. Middle pocket has a couple pen holders and ID pocket. I prefer this classic look over foreign made packs that add way more zippers and buckles than necessary. If you need a slightly larger backpack to serve as an overnight bag, hiking bag, etc. look no further. Overall, this is an awesome value and expect it to last for life.
