I read reviews saying it ran 1/2 size larger than stated, and it does!! I normally wear an 8, so I got a 7 1/2. I still need heel slip inserts, but the length and overall width is perfect. The brooch is beautiful and does not look cheap at all (I was a little worried). I am extremely happy with my shoes. I had them dyed to match the sash on wedding dress at dyemyshoes.com (card was in the shoebox). I am so thrilled that I did it online and they are PERFECT!!(I had to drive 1 1/2 hrs one way to look at dresses)

I love these shoes and bought them for my wedding.But I usually wear a 6 1/2 and after 2 returns, the 5 1/2 are the size that fit me.It is a big heel but there is a little lift in the front to even it out.
