I bought this shoe after taking a month looking for a converse casual sneaker/shoe alternative (Think Jack Purcell version). There are many brands of course but none of them had a great price point, simple yet great style and could fit like the converse. I thought I would have to go with the JP's. I was wrong. With an online coupon, I was able to pick up this shoe in Navy and Khaki saving about $25 per pair vs. the Converse JP's and $10 vs the Chuck Taylors (factor in Tax and shipping for buying online vs. buying in store). They look and feel great and my biggest surprise is that they are Tommy Hilfigers. I highly recommend this shoe and I highly recommend you check out the rest of his line which is a great Cole Haan alternative priced much less without giving up too much comfort. Yes, I'm surprised too.
