I read other reviews that said to pick the next larger category. I did and I'm happy. Fits easily over standard-width dress shoes, fits with a bit of stretching over big-soled Merril leather shoes. Didn't try my D-width Merril hiking sneakers but I'd bet they'd need +2 to work. That's reasonable, the difference between dress shoes and hiking shoes is huge anyway.
Wears this shoe: When traveling by plane, so luggage limited to sometimes-snowy-slushy places

I have owned this style of Tingleys for 32 years. I am on my 2nd pair! I wear them in the snow, over slippers. Perfect - warm, dry and comfortable.

I bought according to the chart for my 11.5 shoe size. My dress shoes fit fine, but it's pretty tight with my tennis shoes and I have to take the tennis shoes off to get the overshoe off. In hindsight, I should have ordered the next size up. But they are strong and work fine in the Washington rain I use them in.

Good product. The slightly larger size is not a major issue and allows easy in/out. Used in the recent Sydney downpours - fantastic to have dry feet when arriving at work. Recommended.

The shoe I wear, a size 9E Allen Edmunds dress shoe, fits just right into this size "Large" 9.5-11 boot. So I would say the boot runs small a full size. The fastener on the boot is difficult to fasten. The boot is very well constructed and protects my shoes perfectly. You have to really look to know I have them on if I put my pant cuff over the boot. Very nice.
