I bought this boot for my 2 1/2 year old son who needed some boots for the winter mud, snow, and muck. His shoes are a 7 and we ordered 7.5 to accomodate thick socks. These boots fit perfectly and they kept his feet warm and dry. He even wore them in the only snow we had all winter - 8 inches. No troubles from this boot. I imagine he will outgrow these boots before they wear out.
