Great fit, although it could be a bit cushier for those long stretches of standing on the job. My personal preference, because of military training, is to have a shine on my boot. These are taking a bit longer to shine up, but they still look good, which makes my uniform look good.... and in turn makes me look good.

The boots are light weight and waterproof. It's very comfortable until the Dynamic Anti-fatigue insoles fall apart. After 2 months of use, the insole top lining peel off at the edges, and the geometric conical cushion of the insole tear apart from each other. I got two blisters on my feet due to this problem. I had owned two timberland boots, different models, but they all have some kind of problem with the insole. They are just not durable.

First, the Cons1. The Anti-Fatigue Technology mid-sole insert fall apart after 2 months of light use. The top lining of the insert peeled off at the edges, the anti-fatigue geometric cone supports tear apart from each other. I had two blisters on my feet. I initial thought it was caused by my socks, then my father took out the inserts and found the mid-sole falling apart.2.I wish the boots have pull strap/tab to help me put them on.The boots does has Pros1. The boots were very light weight compare to others I had owned, and they were very comfortable initially.2. Waterproof.3. Warm and good breathable.I had a new mid-sole now, and the boot feel good again. This is the second time I had a problem with Timberland boots' mid-sole. I guess they didn't do enough product testing.
