I bought our 2 sons each a pair of these boots for Christmas. They both loved the feel and look of the boot. Both wore 5 days a week to work. One is an inside electrician the other is an auto mechanic. Neither pair lasted a year. Both pairs the soles separated from the uppers. I replaced the first pair that went bad with a different brand boot. When the second pair failed I called the manufacture to complain. They replaced them free. I had to pay for shipping to them, so not really free.) That pair didn't last a year either. The tread separated from the sole. It seems that they have a quality issue with the soles. It is a shame when you spend this kind of money, I expect them to last more than a year. Especially when you depend on them like a tool. Other brands do!

I have worn the Pro series boots for years and have always been comfortable. I recently got a pair of the endurance with the extra toe cover. I have always worn holes in the toes from kicking things and kneeling at work. I will see if these last longer.

Very comfortable November 16, 2011

This boot was pretty much all I was hoping for. Very comfortable. I usually wear a size 12, but got the 13 which does not seem too large at all. So I recommend whatever size you wear to get a size larger, which was the advice of a previous buyer as well. I thought the boot would be a little wider since I ordered the wide, but doesn't seem too much wider than any other regular boot, but still fits quite well. So, again get the wide if you have a slightly wider foot and you'll be happy. All in all a very comfortable boot right off the start. Wore around the house to start it then right into a 12 hour work day, without any adverse affects at all. I'd buy them again.

Seriously comfy boots July 13, 2011

These are the comfiest work boots I have ever worn. They needed no breaking in and I walked several miles in them the first time out with no problems. They are comfier than my hiking boots so I'll be wearing them for that too. They're no heavier than other work boots I've worn. Delivery to the UK was really quick. The #16 customs duty seemed a bit steep but I still saved money on buying them here. Size 7 is a good equivalent to a UK6. They're fairly wide fitting which is good for winter socks. Have yet to test their waterproofing.
