The boot was a bit stiff at first, but now has a good fit. I wear them all the time; running errands etc. They are very comfortable, even after I've been on my feet for hours. I like the classic Timberland look.

The Timberland Nellie is my preferred style however I do own several other styles. The Nellie is comfortable, attractive, and durable. I wear it during the cold winter season as well as during the fall. The boot doubles as an attractive casual boot while wearng jeans and a durable cold weather boot. Remarkably, they also are easy to maintain and restore to "new" after a gentle wipe down with warm water and mild soap. Definately recommended for teens, adults, seniors (the foot bed is extremely comfortable), and I often choose my Nellies over my most comfortable athletic shoes.
