This boot fits perfectly into my life style and on my feet as well. Strong durable construction yet lightweight for ease of movement. This boot perfectly fits my needs outdoor field work. Non aggressive tread, full leather, toe guard, easy to slip on and off and tie. I would recommend this boot. I will continue to buy this product as long as it is available.

I'm buying my 2nd pair. The first pair lasted 5+ years as my only pair of boots. I live in the desert so I like the light weight. The lining isn't too thick and my feet don't overheat. They are also quite comfortable. I was surprised how well they withstood the rigors of stomping around the desert. Some reviewers here complained they weren't sturdy enough for working; they must kick apart metal for a living. I found them to be very durable for a lightweight boot.

Shoe is very similar to a previous Timberline shoe that I wore and am still occasionally wearing for 2 years. I wore them nearly every day and always every work day. They are very comfortable and the sole wears very well. As a facility manager, I put miles on my shoes nearly everyday. Through construction debris etc, I really give them a workout. The new shoes I bought have the composite toe for safety reasons. I prefer the composite over the steel because the toe does not get cold and stay cold.
