The Timberland PRO® thermal plastic urethane outsole has a low-profile tread pattern for high surface contact and is non-marking and slip-resistant.

Where should I start...30 years in the restaurant industry, this might be the most comfortable shoe ever. These shoes are comfy after a 12 hour shift on my old worn out feet.
Wears this shoe: Every day to work, 65 hours a week.
